Please note an additional 1-3 business day processing time is required before orders are shipped (this does not include weekends).

Should a package be marked as delivered by the courier provider as per the tracking information and cannot be retrieved at the shipping address, we do not claim responsibility for the loss. Unfortunately, we do not replace nor refund an order after it has been confirmed as delivered to the correct address by the courier. We would recommend contacting the courier to proceed with resolving this matter.

  • RETURES

All items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your package if you would like to make a return by contacting customer care at Whats App +86 15840034922 – our team will then provide you with return instructions.

The return package must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase. The bag must be unworn, and all contents of the original delivery, including tags and dust bags, must be fully attached and included to the returned item/s for the return to be accepted.

Refunds may only be issued to the same payment card used for the original purchase. The balance will be refunded to your card within 5-10 business days from us receiving the returned item/s.

We do not provide return shipping labels – you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper that allows you to track your package, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.
